These Refund Policy outline the rules and regulations for the use of NK PRABHAT ACADEMY website, located at www.nkprabhatacademy.com founded by Nirmal Kumar Prabhat, an experienced Investment Planner and Financial Coach.
At NK Prabhat Academy, founded by Nirmal Kumar Prabhat, we strive to provide high-quality stock market education through our online and offline courses. However, due to the nature of digital products, we have a strict No Refund policy for online course purchases and mock tests.

Online Courses and Mock Tests (PDF Downloads) :

• Once a course or mock test has been purchased and the PDF download has been provided, we cannot offer refunds.
• Please ensure that you review the course details before completing your purchase.
• In case of technical issues preventing the download, please contact our support team for assistance.

Offline Classes (Patna Academy) :

• Refunds for offline classes are available only if the class is canceled by NK Prabhat Academy.
• If a student wishes to cancel their registration for an offline class, they must notify us at least 7 days before the class start date to be eligible for a partial refund. After this period, no refunds will be processed.
• Once the refund is approved, it will be credited to original payment method within 5-10 working days.

Exceptions :

In exceptional cases (such as duplicate payments or technical errors), please contact our support team within 7 days of the purchase to request a review. Nirmal Kumar Prabhat, as the Founder and Financial Coach, ensures that each case is reviewed fairly to maintain trust and transparency.
